How Does the Real Life Learning Program Work?
CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION
Our RLLP coordinator works with children’s homes around Japan to findchildren interested in the career paths offered through the program.
ONE -DAY ORIENTATION
The youth, together with their caretakers, join a one-day orientation to learn about Hilton culture and the variety of career paths available within a hotel.
ONE -WEEK INTERNSHIP
During their summer break, children interested in working at a hotel do an internship where they have a chance to learn in -depth about their desired career path.
FULL-TIME POSITION
Children that successfully complete the internship and continue to be interested in a career at a hotel are offered a full-time position.
