Children made cars, castles and houses using cardboard boxes and other everyday items combined with Imagination Playground at our first pop-up playground event. The event was held together with JATCO at Isehara City Sports Park.
In the morning, more than thirty JATCO volunteers gathered to lay down patches of grass, refill the sandbox with sand and overall clean the park.
In the afternoon, the play event was started after short speeches by the JATCO President, and City and PoH representatives. Throughout the event, the volunteers grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for the park visitors and enjoyed playing with their children.
