We’re delighted to share with you some of the pictures from our 5th successful playground installation in beautiful Kesennuma! This time we were at Aikou Kindergarten with our excellent sponsors from Supercell. Twelve volunteers from Supercell worked side-by-side with the teachers from the school for2 hot days. The principal of the school provided such a warm welcome, and the children provided a lovely surprise of singing, which energized the volunteers.
Six years later..: and still so much work to be done in this beautiful city. We are eternally grateful to the sponsors and volunteers that make our work there still possible.
